Goal

The goal of the conference is to promote and stimulate the exchange of ideas in the field of energy and environmental policy modeling.

 

The conference is co-organized by the EcoMod Network, the Institute for the Economy in Transition, and the Academy of National Economy under the government of the Russian Federation.

Conference Venue

 

The conference will take place in Moscow on the campus of the Academy of National Economy under the government of the Russian Federation in Moscow.

 

Important Dates

January 31, 2007: Deadline for abstract submissions. Click here to submit your paper.

May 31, 2007: Deadline for sending the electronic version (in PDF format. Please click here for PDF instructions.) of the full paper. Click here to upload your paper.

The papers will be posted in PDf format on the conference web site. All the papers presented at the conference will be published in the Conference Proceedings in the form of a CD-ROM.

September 13, 2007: Start of the conference.

Registration

The registration fee (350 Euros until April 30, 2007, and 400 Euros after May 1, 2007) includes:

Accompanying person registration fee (120 Euros until April 30, 2007 and 170 Euros after May 1, 2007) covers:

Please note that the fee for accompanying persons does not include admission to the scientific sessions, coffee and lunch, or any Congress or Meeting documentation.

 

Confirmation of your registration will be sent after receipt of payment.
 

Invitations/Visa Letters
EcoMod is happy to provide official invitation letters to paid conference attendees. To request an invitation letter for yourself or a guest, you must complete the registration form and pay in full the registration fee.

 

Registration cancellation policy

All registration cancellations must be received in writing via email to Ms Amela Hubic by the dates listed below.

For cancellation requests received before May 31, 2007, full refund will be provided minus 30 Euros for administrative charges.

For cancellation requests received between June 1 and June 30, 2007, a refund of 50% will be provided.

No refund will be given for cancellation requests received after June 30, 2007.

No-shows are subject to the full registration fee.

Refunds will be issued within 30 business days after the conference concludes.

Conference substitution policy
Substitutions for the conference will be allowed at any time. Please contact Ms Amela Hubic to request a transfer/substitution.

 

Hotel Reservation

 

The participants need to make their own hotel reservation.

Publication


All the papers presented at the conference will be published on a CD-ROM by the EcoMod Press
in the conference proceedings. The papers will also be posted in PDF format on the conference web site. The copyright stays with authors so that they can publish the paper in any other formats.
